Shipping policy

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is not available for this product.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared for shipment in approximately 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated transit time is 3-5 business days after dispatch. Most orders arrive in approximately 6-8 business days from the order date. Delivery dates are estimates and may change because of carrier delays, severe weather, address issues, or other events outside our control.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free for eligible United States orders unless a different charge is clearly displayed at checkout.

Tracking

When tracking becomes available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact tidivox@outlook.com promptly if an address needs correction. Address changes may not be available after fulfillment begins.

Delivery Issues

If an order is marked delivered but is missing, first check the delivery area and contact the carrier. For damaged, incorrect, or missing items, email tidivox@outlook.com with the order number and relevant photos so we can review the issue.
